Lisz Hirn studied humanities and singing in Graz, Paris, Vienna and Kathmandu.

As Chief Innovation Officer of Red Bull Media House, Andreas Gall is responsible for managing the innovation process of the global multi-media company.
Andreas has more than three decades of experience in the media industry, including in technological leadership positions at the radio station Antenne Bayern, 104.6 RTL (Berlin) and ORF. Before his current position, he was Chief Technology Officer at Red Bull Media House for over ten years, where he was responsible for the strategy and implementation of the technological infrastructure including design, platform selection and media post-production.
Andreas passion is to generate new ideas and to track down the innovative ideas of others and give them wings. Andreas is a trained audio, radio and television engineer.
Dorothee Ritz has been General Manager of Microsoft Austria since July 2015 and would like to actively shape the digital transformation in Austria in this role. Ritz has held various management positions at Microsoft since 2004. Most recently, she led Microsoft International Business Strategy for the President of Microsoft International, who is responsible for international business outside of the United States. Before that, she worked in the management of Microsoft Germany for eight years as General Manager for Consumer & Online and Advertising & Online.
Her greatest successes at Microsoft include implementing a strategy for the "mobile first, cloud first" world and driving solutions for the challenges of digital transformation.
Dorothee Ritz is married, mother of two children and, in addition to her professional activities, is a member of the board of the non-profit children's aid organization Plan International Germany. Born in Germany, she has a Masters in European Community Law from the University of London and a doctorate in law with a focus on online law.
Mag.a Maria Zesch is CCO Business & Digitalization and is responsible for the business customer segment as well as the digitization agendas of Magenta. Maria Zesch has been with the Deutsche Telekom Group since 2003 and has held various management positions at T-Mobile Austria and its sister company T-Mobile Hrvatski since 2008.
The graduate of WU Vienna is a proven marketing, sales and service manager and brings over 20 years of experience in top management positions. a. at the internationally active strategy consultancy A.T. Kearney and the ORF. Zesch is also a member of the supervisory board in the energy and telecommunications sectors.
Sabine Usaty was until recently a board member at UNIQA Austria Insurance and was responsible for the Customer & Market area. Previously, she was responsible for customer and sales management, marketing and responsibility for all sales channels.
From 2009 to 2012 she took over the management of UNIQA Leasing GmbH in Vienna, before she took over the divisional management in the alternative operation of UNIQA insurance.

Her professional experience includes industrial biotech research, international research and technology cooperation and funding, internships at renowned U.S. Science institutions, Fulbright scientist at George Washington University and Johns Hopkins University in Washington DC, and founding vice-rector at the Medical University of Graz.
Until 2011 she headed the European and international programs of the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) and was thus responsible for the operational implementation of the European research and technology programs in Austria, in particular the 7th EU Research Framework Program.
In 2011 Herlitschka was appointed to the board of Infineon Technologies Austria, became board member for technology and innovation in 2012 and was appointed chairman in April 2014.
For more than 20 years Herlitschka has been involved in the design and implementation of the European research and innovation programs as an evaluator, project manager and member as well as chair of trend-setting national and European expert groups, in particular a member of the Austrian Council for Research and Technology Development, university councilor at the Technical University Vienna, member of the Senate of the German Fraunhofer Society, as well as other research and innovation institutions. Since February 2018, she has been Chair of the Board of Directors of ECSEL Joint Undertaking, the European microelectronics association of industry, member countries and the European Commission.
Herlitschka holds a PhD in Food & Biotechnology, Postdoc in Industrial Research and a Master of Business Administration.
Mag.a Martina Kornthaler is the head of Smart Waste Services at Austria's leading private waste disposal company from Saubermacher Dienstleistungs AG and managing director of the public-private partnership of Schilcherland Saubermacher Entsorgungs GmbH.
The professional focus of Martina Kornthaler is to develop customer solutions according to agile principles in the traditionally shaped environment of waste management and to rethink procedures and processes. Business development is carried out at the interface between research and sales. In 2018 Bernadette Frech founded the psychological online consultation platform "Instahelp". In addition to the Austrian market, the platform has already conquered Germany, Great Britain, France and Switzerland. Around 40,000 customers get advice from the qualified psychologists at Instahelp. Companies such as "trivago", "Renault" or "Lidl" also offer it as occupational health care.
Bernadette Frech hat sich schon während ihrer Doktorarbeit an der Aston Business School in England mit dem Thema „Emotionsmanagement“ befasst und sich genau angesehen, wie sich die Gefühle der Kunden auf ihr Verhalten auswirken. Als sie mit ihrem Studium fertig war, machte sie sich als Unternehmensberaterin selbstständig und unterstützte Firmen wie „Bayer“, „Austrian Airlines“ und „Binder“ bei ihrer Internationalisierung.

Prim.Dr.in Karin Stengg D.O. is FÄ f. Trauma surgery and doctor of medical osteopathy. For 20 years she has been working as a spine surgeon with her specialty in back pain and has increasingly specialized in the conservative treatment of the spine.
In recent years, she has increasingly dealt with the topic of aging and developed her own concept, which she calls Healthy Aging. This is about healthy aging, determining the biological age of the body, developing individualized treatment strategies and genetic medicine.

Melanie Schranz works as a senior researcher at Lakeside Labs GmbH.
